at 7:00 PM in the Middlefield Town Hall, unless otherwise advertised.

or you are considering subdividing land, the Planning Board is the place to begin.
If you have a proposal or need advice from the Board, please contact the Town Clerk at 607-547-5093
or the Zoning Officer at [email protected] so that we may notify the Planning Board of your intent.
